1 /5 Sahar B: I dont think this firm even deserve one star! I am extremely disappointed with them, especially with John Watson. The firm made mistake with my BAS statement last year and charged me twice to fix the mistakes. For tax return they charge an hourly rate and every simple questions you ask them like laundry they charge you for it. Im a sole trader with no investment property or assets and they charged me $710 for just my tax return! They also charged me an additional $242 to change my PAYG! Their service level doesnt match their fees!
