Strength & Movement Playground - Bayswater (VIC)

Laura Hickey I attend both this studio and the Inside Out Pilates in Cockatoo. Monbulk is a cute, intimate, and warm environment and is the perfect studio for those doing pilates for their first or their 100th time. One of my favourite things about coming to Inside Out Pilates Monbulk is Chavonne. Chavonne is such an incredible instructor whose background in dance makes her uniquely skilled at targeting those muscles you didnt even know you had, while being so friendly and encouraging that even when your body is shaking and you feel like you cant possibly last another second, she really helps you get over that line, and you feel so proud of yourself. Counting is not her top skill, but she definitely makes up for it with her ability to challenge and support you, and she obviously loves her work because its absolutely reflected in her class with her warm smile, excellent playlists, encouraging voice, and thoughtful flows. I always look forward to my classes here.

Amber H I’ve been going to Baeside Hot since the beginning of this year, and I cannot state enough how amazing it is. Every instructor I’ve taken a class with is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and supportive. The studios themselves are such gorgeous spaces too. I do not have one negative comment to share, just consistently high quality, great classes and such a sweet team of girls. High recommend Baeside to absolutely everyone Xx
