Alex I love what Penny has created with One Space! Even if Im not feeling it when I walk in, I always walk out feeling buoyed (sweaty, but buoyed)! Penny and Mikayla dont just exude good health, they all-but radiate good (and kind) energy - and you can feel it in every corner of the studio. Ive never met anyone with the strength of positivity that Penny brings to every interaction... Ive had other people encourage me, but Penny makes me believe (even while she makes me puff and sweat). One Space is genuinely fantastic, and I could not recommend it highly enough!

Kate Kenda I recently attended a birthday party at Icon and was so impressed with the space, staff and organization. It’s such a great environment for kids to build confidence, coordination, and most importantly have fun. The coaches were energetic, friendly, and knew exactly how to keep the kids engaged and there was so many activities and equipment for the kids to use. Highly recommend for children’s parties or weekly gymnastic programs.

Mike Athanasopoulos I came yesterday around 5pm in the first day of the new AF Miranda opening. It’s definitely much much better than the previous AF, the elevations and design are fantastic to watch even while you’re working out. The only thing that needs for my opinion is a punching bag most definitely but either way, I’m blessed to be a member of the AF family, congratulations on the new gym opening!!
