G Z I’ve only been training with Cherie at no body better for a few months now and I’m amazed that im already seeing great results! She has also changed my diet and the way I look at nutrition. She’s a very knowledgeable trainer with a good heart, and a pleasure to deal with. I love our training sessions, even though I almost always wallk in with no energy, but Cherie knows how to motivate and always pushes me to my limits and I walk out feeling a million times better. I definitely see myself training with Cherie for many years to come!

Luke Natoli Francesco is awesome! His workouts are fun, tough in the best way, and always tailored to what I want to achieve. He really knows how to push and motivate me every session. Couldn’t recommend him more!

I wrote the above comment three months ago, and now after four months of consistent classes (142 classes) I can say it’s only gotten better. I feel like a new (and better) me, inside and out. Since COVID I’d gained a lot of weight, felt stressed, and barely exercised. Now I’m almost back to my pre-COVID weight, and I’m healthier mentally and physically. The warm, dynamic environment and passionate instructors make all the difference. When I feel stressed, I don’t reach for food anymore, instead, I go to book the class and sweat it out. Lying on the mat is the most relaxing moment of my day. Walking out of the studio feeling fresh, with the breeze on my face, even my heart feels like it’s cheering with the birds. Samantha Rudman Joined this peaceful studio for two weeks whilst visiting from Perth. Absolutely loved it, a highlight of the visit. The instructors were friendly, kind, and generous with their instruction. The studio is clean and spacious. Can’t wait to come back and train again! (Thanks especially to Laura and Tessa ❤️)
