5 /5 Brittany Rossetti: This was my first CrossFit experience. I went for three weeks while I was traveling through Melbourne. I have never felt so welcomed and supported by strangers before. Everyone was super kind and inspiring. Sometimes the hardest part about getting to the gym is the social anxiety but everyone here made it so easy to feel accepted. The couch, Brett, was extremely helpful and motivating. If you’ve never been to a gym before like myself, this is an excellent place to start. I am so sad I will not see them all again

With recommendation from friends I signed up here after 6 months postpartum, I’m very glad I started my CrossFit journey with Brett. He’s a very knowledgeable and encouraging coach. I have learnt a lot of techniques from him, my mental and physical health has been better than ever after joining CFHC. Great atmosphere with amazing crew, everyone is very supportive and friendly. If you wanna improve your mental and physical health, this is the place to go!

5 /5 Trevor Engelbrecht: I started off with a two week trial membership and signed up permanently after two classes! The gym facilities are excellent and clean. The atmosphere is great, everyone is welcoming and encouraging no matter the fitness level. Brett is very knowledgeable and has taught me technique as well as the importance of stretching and how to look after your body whilst training and thereafter. I look forward to my journey at Crossfit Health Creation!
