With room for six people to deadlift, squat, and generally crush it without monopolizing the benches, training here feels like a breeze. You can actually count on getting equipment without playing “who’s next?” in line—a dream come true for anyone on a schedule. New toys? Oh, they’ve got em! Standing Calf Raise, Hack Squat, and Lateral Shoulder Machines join the lineup, along with all your cardio needs (treadmills, bikes, stair climbers, you name it). The space is spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and—bonus—keeps you cool with just-right air conditioning. Of course, the staff is as awesome as ever. Matt and Dave keep the motivation high and the laughs coming, while Nat and Warren push clients to their limits (in the best way). Seriously, what’s not to love? Anytime Fitness South Melbourne is a solid 10/10!

Highlow Fitness - VIC

Marita Ferreira I highly recommend Highlow North Sydney for their small group classes and community vibe. Their group fitness classes are fantastic, group numbers are limited so the training is very personalised. I usually train with Patrick and he is great at motivating the class, and very friendly! Initially, I went to Highlow because they do casual sessions and not being a gym-buff I was afraid to commit, but now I go there every week!

The Optimal Health Lab - VIC

Claire Nimmo Darcy has been my go-to physio for the past couple of years, helping me manage and overcome ongoing back pain. I joined the group physio classes and have never looked back. I feel stronger than ever. The team is incredibly caring, client-focused and always provide the best advice. They constantly adjust and progress the exercises, challenging muscles I didn’t even know I had! I truly love being part of this community – it’s made such a positive difference to both my strength and confidence.
