Ashleigh Barri Im a relatively new client of the gym, but definitely not new to gyms in general...and Ive got to say, I love training here more than I had thought I would. I train with both Alessandro, Stefan (and occasionally Nick) and I am the strongest I have been in ages. Ale and Stef are hard task masters and work together to split my training days so I can get the most out of my sessions. They also vary the session well so Im never bored and most of all, Im seeing results. They are great humans too! WINNING!! Ale has a breadth of experience and also incredible with helping with form, keeping the body guessing and constantly building the strength I need to all the things I want to easily. As someone who has had his own share of injuries, he’s great at finding that balance to push but not push too much and risk injury for his clients! The whole team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful and wonderful to deal with. Thank you team :)

Oxygen Fitness and Nutrition - VIC

Liam Sharkey I joined Oxygen a few months ago after deciding I was sick of being unfit. Best decision I have made! The coaches are really knowledgeable and adjust the workouts to meet you at your level. I’ve got an old back injury and the coaches are great at stopping it from flaring up. The workouts are really fun and it’s inspiring seeing people who have been at the gym for longer and are super fit. If you’re thinking about joining, my advice is come and give it a try!

Merrilyn Stanger I was one of the first dancers to attend DMA Clinical Pilates , 1988 , and over the years , Clinical Pilates under strict supervision by Director Craig Phillips , has seen me avoid surgery , regain my ballet strong body , avoidance of injuries. I can not think of any other way to rehabilitate my body than with this method . Outstanding is DMA .

Dwayne Borrelli This is by far the best gym/boxing/recovery/coffee smoothie gym I have ever been to. Sensational facilities accompanied with great staff makes it a wholesome one stop shop for all that you need in your fitness journey. Always clean, always greeted with respect and motivation gearing you up for the class you are about to endure. The ice baths every morning complimented with a training session at 5.30am has done wonders for my mental health. Highly recommend this gym

Yoga with Mitha - VIC

Say K I’ve been practicing yoga with Mitha for six months now, and it’s something I look forward to every week. She puts such care into each class and encourages gently, creating a safe and welcoming space. Her guidance has helped me connect my breath with movement, deepening my awareness of how breath shapes my state of mind. Every session ends with a new pranayama practice and a soothing meditation, leaving me feeling balanced in body, mind, and soul. I wholeheartedly recommend Mitha to anyone—no matter your age or experience.
