Evette Buono Friendly, clean and well equipped gym. Welcoming to all ages, sizes, etc. I like that it is low key and has parking at the RSL as well as being right next to the train station. Not many classes but I go for the equipment. Members can access the gym during unstaffed hours

Alesha Stagg Ella is a wealth of knowledge and offers advice and guidance with the utmost compassion and understanding. I was recommended Ella’s nutrition services after finding myself needing a little extra support with my diet. Over our time, Ella really helped with my own understanding of nutrition and simultaneously, self-reflection. As someone with a background in nutrition also, I was reminded that there is no harm in seeking expertise from someone else - in fact, it was one of the best things I did last year! Thank-you, Ella.

Cheryl Mather Love Revo Frankston. It is nice and new. Very clean but most of all the staff make you feel comfortable. Julia is always welcoming, friendly and happy to greet you with a smile. She is knowledgeable and definitely a pleasure to see as you enter.
