Glen Woodman Ben is an amazingly knowledgeable Physio. He is very efficient in treating you and will be focussing on multiple body parts at once with a mix of cupping, dry needling and manual therapy. I definitely recommend Ben, he will also supply you with a program to help recover/rehab/strengthen your body.

BASE27 Fitness (Small-Group Training) - VIC

Tashya Dahanayake Base27 has been a really positive part of my fitness journey. Since joining, I’ve noticed a big improvement in both my motivation and overall fitness. The gym has a great community, everyone is friendly, supportive, and encouraging, which makes it easy to stay consistent. A huge part of my experience has been thanks to Michelle, who is the most dedicated coach I’ve ever met. She’s constantly checking in, pushing me in the best way possible, and making sure I’m showing up for myself. Her passion and energy are contagious, and she has a real gift for helping people break through both mental and physical barriers. The workouts are intense but very manageable, especially with a busy schedule. They’re well-structured and I always feel like I’m getting the most out of the time. Overall, I have had a great experience with Base27!

Foodie Fitness - VIC

Kara T Im so grateful to have found Jenny. Ive previously worked 1:1 with physiotherapists and exercise physiologists in gym settings, but no one truly understood what my body needed until I met Jenny. I’ve dealt with past rotator cuff injuries, and currently scoliosis, and kyphosis, and I’ve never been someone who enjoys the gym or feels confident using equipment. I also struggled with activating the right muscles during workouts. Since starting regular weekly sessions with Jenny, everything has changed. Im actually beginning to enjoy training, and I feel more connected to my body than ever before. Jenny truly understands how to tailor each session to my unique needs. I also really appreciate that she combines her knowledge of weight training with expertise in yoga and Pilates. It makes for a well-rounded and mindful approach to fitness. MeTime Fitness Club - VIC

Valli Gregory What started as a 6-week intro course (because I couldn’t walk up Putney Hill without getting out of breath!) has turned into a 3-year fitness journey — and I’m still going strong! I used to be that gym member who signed up, went a few times and then never returned. Traditional gyms felt unwelcoming and clinical — but Me-Time couldn’t be more different. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and truly supportive. It’s a brilliant space for anyone over 40 (man or woman) who wants to make real, lasting changes to their lifestyle. The personal trainers are fantastic — they offer alternatives for exercises when needed, and always make you feel encouraged, never judged. Me-Time Fitness is genuinely the perfect gym for people who don’t like gyms. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
