Here is my experience happened last week: when I went to Commonwealth bank for transfer the deposits last week, their manager push me to have a chat with their banker and she promised their interest rate will be lower than whatever we currently have. However, after we show the banker current interest rate, the banker said: “stay with this package! That’s the best rate I ever seen in this year. You will never get this rate from commonwealth!” And Sunny also gave us lots of valuable knowledges of purchasing house! Really glad to meet her!
