He won a very big case for me when most said I didnt stand a chance. He was comforting, careing and treated my family and I like one of his own. J S Beware! They claimed not to see a property contract a month after it was executed. They refused to authorize the return of my deposit instead trying to force me into a settlement despite also receiving and accepting offers, deposits and contracts from other purchasers. They claimed the property was sold to me but never advised their vendor or his real estate agent that the property is off the market so the property continued to hold open house inspections to the opposite of their claims. They refused to take into account evidence that the property was not being purchased by me, instead asking for more money to end the contract. They emailed with threats and unsubstantiated financial claims when they do reply, but regularly don’t return calls or emails in a timely manner. The company conveyancer is unregistered, unlicensed and not listed as a legal practitioner under the law commission. Overall, this legal firm seems to operate on maximizing profits rather than doing their job properly and legally. And now despite the review being about the business and not personal, I am getting daily threats by emails from the company’s representative.
