james spyrakis Started at Volume Fitness earlier this year and I can’t recommend it enough!! Had been struggling with consistency for years and knew I needed to find a place where I felt comfortable to train and could get some structure to my workouts. Signed up for the semi-private sessions after meeting with Huss to discuss my training goals. I’m loving every minute in the gym for the first time ever, the sessions are perfectly tailored for me, the trainers are great motivators and they along with the whole Volume community are a great vibe to be around Great facility, great trainers, great community, you can’t go wrong!

olivia Enrolling my 12-year-old daughter in the classes here has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. When she first started, she was quite shy and unsure of herself, especially in group settings. But over the past few weeks, we’ve seen a huge change in her confidence, both on and off the mat. The instructors are incredibly supportive, patient, and encouraging. They’ve created an environment where kids feel safe to challenge themselves and grow. It’s not just about learning self-defense (though that’s a great bonus!) it’s about building resilience, discipline, and self-respect. Highly recommend this program to any parent looking to help their child build confidence, stay active, and develop life skills in a really positive and empowering environment.

singkik li The best weightlifting coach I have seen. An extremely technical coach and I have learnt so much as an athlete and a coach from Lester. There is a great culture at the gym and it’s very welcoming to all people.
