1 /5 Emily Wheatland: I recently had dealings with Maria from this conveyancer. She is the manager of the business. We have only been on board with them for a week. She prepared a section 32 document with a significant error in the rates applying to our property, scaring away potential buyers. I was also sent documentation for another one of their clients instead of my own. Her staff shared their concerns that my personal information may have been sent to another party as well. When I asked for a discount on my conveyancing fee Maria sent me the most abrupt and insulting email I have ever received, claiming absolutely no responsibility for her mistakes and told me to "pay the account and find another conveyancer to sell my property". She insulted my real estate agent as well. Absolutely disgraceful customer service from the manager of superior conveyancing, I am extremely disappointed. If I could rate this business with less than one star, I would!
