5 /5 Tia O: This place is easy to shop at. They dont push, they help if you need. friendly, very helpful. As a large person, I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have such a calm place to go and buy clothes at and without pushy sales people. The staff are so lovely. Thank you.

5 /5 Khanh Nguyen: Ive come here a few times already and theres this lovely lady named Debbie (I think? Shes got ash blonde hair and wears a hearing impairment badge). Anyway she is sooooo lovely. Always ready to help and always makes me feel so welcomed. She is such a hype girl. Always offering lovely suggestions that I admit takes me out of my comfort zone sometimes. Her suggestions have hit the mark most times as well! I wished I lived closer to shop here more but all the staff here are fantastic honestly. Never had a bad experience and always spend over $200 here. So easy to do when there are such good pieces made with the best fabrics for us large ladies.

5 /5 Josipa: Going to this amazing store is very much enjoyable and very rewarding. Walking in to the shop is always welcome with staff smiles and ready to make me feel good about myself. No matter how much I try to make myself feel good this ladies will always make me feel even better. My wardrobe is fool of Taking Shape and I love it, always noticed where ever I go for different clothes, lovely outfits, gorgeous colours and styles.

5 /5 Michele Probin: We had the best customer service today from Hayley. She was so helpful and gave great advice. She wasnt pushy or anything. Her choices and sizes were spot on. She couldnt do enough for us. She was amazing - she deserves recognition. She had a real understanding and empathy for the areas of my body that I was self conscious about and helped me select items that made me feel good about myself. She also asked questions about what I was looking for but truly listened. She deserves to be employee of the month, no make that employee of the year.

5 /5 Diane Moore: I always have such a wonderful shopping experience at the Fawkner store. The staff are always so helpful and attentive. Today I had Danielle and Christina helping me find exactly what I was looking for and a few pieces I would not have picked, but, when I tried them on, they were stunning on me and I had to buy. I walked away with a pile of fabulous new clothes that I can’t wait wear. Thank you.
