1 /5 Mr AW: I did not enjoy my experience dealing with the senior staff. I felt as though telephone calls were pro-longed and went off on a tangent, however was still billed for this tangent. Be aware of this when you are talking to them on the phone. I was also charged a significant sum to prepare and attend a VCAT hearing via phone, the hearing was adjourned and they decided not to represent me at the new hearing date. What a total waste of money as I had to engage another firm. Watch out for this firm! And please do not fabricate that I was untruthful, refused to follow advice, demanded to pursue an unethical course of action, demanded unrealistic results or desires to mislead the Court. As all this is fabricated and clearly displays the ignorance of the firm.
