Nicky I recently attended a dance-workout class/session ran by Victoria on a Saturday morning. It was absolutely so fun, and such a good workout! There was also a variety of different dance styles incorporated into the fitness routines - and you dont need to be a pro at all to participate! If I lived in Melbourne I would attend regularly. If you want to keep fit and enjoy yourself while doing it, definitely recommend.
