Jill Midlovets Studio Paradise in Dromana is a beautiful yoga studio. The teachers are always kind, supportive and super friendly. Their knowledge of yoga is amazing. I can’t recommend Studio Paradise enough, I have been practicing yoga for many years and have been blessed to practice all over Australia and the world. Sam is the best and knows us all by name too :) They held their first Somatic dance event last Saturday, in line with the full moon, it was magical xx

Robyn Dols The team at Tactical Zen Combat Systems have been extremely professional and caring in helping our family gain the most useful real life "tools" in self defense. The team have decades of experience in high level training and condensed them into the most immediate take home skills for us to all feel protected and safe. I highly recommend the small group classes that they offer for all ages- we were a family of four ( two adults and two teenagers) and found ourselves there when our teenage children were being bullied at school and needed a caring environment to teach self defense with immediate results. If I could give them more stars I would!! Incredible results!

Bonita Ralph Great local gym. Friendly and great clean set up. I love that it’s at the shops and I can do some things before and after a session. Great for working parents.

Irene Davidson Adonis Castle Hill has a great atmosphere and friendly people all around. I found out about Adonis with my hubby who was trying to find a good gym. Through word of mouth and Instagram posts we were keen on joining. The coaches Will, Carlos and Matt are super friendly and very knowledgeable. As a beginner, they helped me step by step without overwhelming me. They know how to train people of various levels in the fitness and goals and help people enjoy the journey. We were also impressed how the coaches and gym members support causes such as beyond blue and have done fundraisers for mental health which is just as integral as physical health. Overall, if you want a gym that gives you support and proper training along with friendly people this is the place to go! Highly recommend.
