The trainers are professional and experienced and will help you get the most out of your visits. I personally get a lot out of private PT but there are also boot camp style training opportunities for those wanting the group motivation environment. I have been training at The Fit Shop for 10 years now and can honestly say, I have yet to participate in anything but a phenomenal experience. I always leave feeling better than I did before I walked in. It’s got great facilities, amazing trainers and a community of legendary members that are like family. The owners Brad and Carley, have successfully created that third place for their members, fostering health and wellbeing, social interaction and a sense of belonging. It’s so much more than a gym!
