Earney Olivia (Liv) Such a great studio! They have a wide range of class times and types, with early morning to late in the day, seven days a week. All of the instructors are very friendly and keen to help. There are heaps of lockers and also showers and change rooms. I’ve always been able to find the dumbbells I need for the mat classes, which isn’t always the case at other studios. The intro offers are a great way to try out the studio and classes without locking in! If you’re going to a hot class for the first time, make sure to pick a mat closer to the door

Contrast therapy has been game changing for my recovery and great for building mental strength and discipline. The compression boots are an absolute must after leg day! This place has such a great vibe, staff are absolutely lovely too!

My wife and I went for a resistance workout and were really impressed by the high-quality equipment and the overall atmosphere. The fitness area is well-ventilated, brightly lit, and exceptionally clean and organised, which made our session even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a modern and comfortable place to train!

Lucas showed great knowledge of the stocked products and was able to recommend a pair that were exactly what he wanted. After checking we had everything we needed he went straight on to the next customer.

Corey Sewell Fitstop South Yarra has to be one of the best gyms in the country. The staff there are amazing and make everyone feel so welcomed. Not only do they help everyone achieve any fitness goals, but more importantly, they make everyone enjoy it too. Couldn’t recommend this gym highly enough.
