F* IT Ascot Vale - VIC

Caitlin Sullivan Who knew working out could be this fun?! I can’t recommend F*IT enough. The trainers are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The classes are fun yet challenging (in a good way). The community is made up of some of the kindest, most welcoming people I have ever met. It is such a safe, supportive environment in which to learn a new skill. Since starting at F*IT I feel happier, stronger and more confident.

Ivy Training - VIC

Kyrani Notaras I started training at Ivy over a year ago, having not done strength training for a long while, and its been one of the best decisions. Jake is the most knowledgeable trainer Ive ever worked with and Ivy is such a great environment to train in. The community Jake and the team have cultivated is really special. Ive never been one for training early in the morning but every Friday at 6am I muster every fibre and mobilise to train, and its a real highlight in my week. Jake is always supportive of my fitness goals and with his guidance Ive grown in confidence to train on my own at my regular gym also. Ive gotten stronger over the past year - I can feel the results both while training and also taking on the demands of a very busy life outside of the gym. Quality personal training is one of the most worthwhile investments anyone can make in their health and wellbeing. If youre after a friendly, personalised training experience, I’d definitely recommend checking out Ivy Training — and Jake in particular.

Health Point Physiotherapy - VIC

Karen Heffes Health Point Physiotherapy is an excellent Pilates Studio. The Physiotherapists are extremely good at training you how to do the exercises. They constantly supervise you and help you to do the exercises correctly so that you get the most benefit. They are patient and above all encouraging. I started with a sore shoulder and sore knees and now the sore ness in the shoulder has gone and my knees are much better. Also I am considerably stronger than when I started. I would highly recommend this Pilates studio.

Solis Movement - VIC

Beth Monagle I love coming to Reformer Pilates with Bridget - she is so informative, helpful and kind! I haven’t done much Reformer before so she is really great even if you are new to it. Her studio is so lovely and clean. I love coming to my weekly sessions and hope to keep this in my routine always. Highly recommend!! Xx
