Honestly, I detest physical exercises, however I somehow get motivated to get there and do the program that is prepared for us everyday. The Richmond Gym is focused on classes several times a day and you can choose how many days per week you would like to attend.
I have tried all the gyms in the area and it is the most "all rounder" of all gym programs. Besides standard weight training and kettlebells, aerobic fitness is indeed inbuilt in the program.
The effectiveness of the exercises are indeed surprising, and my body is becoming strong and agile as never before! In addition to all that, they are such a friendly welcoming group of people, no attitude. All shapes, ages and genders have a place there!
