Ended up picking Carlingford Active Health based on the staffs extensive experience and long presence in the area (Id driven past it for over 10 years). Did not disappoint! Bettys bio is accurate, Ive recovered from a lower back injury and am returning to motorsports stronger than I was before. Thanks for all your help!

Stephen I have been attending All Stars Martial Arts Academy for three months now I have had an incredible experience.
