nicoletta staples I’ve visited Vaughan at The Health Studio multiple times now, and I can’t recommend him enough for anyone looking to release tension and ease muscle pain. Vaughan is literally magic—his knowledge of muscles, joints, and the body as a whole is nothing short of impressive. Every time I leave a session, I feel amazing, and the next day I’m always in peak condition. He’s efficient yet incredibly effective, and his welcoming, caring personality makes each visit feel comfortable and personal. My family and I all attend the studio, and we’ve never looked back. Vaughan, you’re amazing—if you haven’t booked in yet, do it! You’ll thank me later.
