Sala Mander Love this place its just a shame about the creepy old men in the suana spa area that stare relentlessly at women. I even saw one corner a woman in steam room and demand to know if she was single. He stood Infront of her and put his foot on the band where she was sitting cornering shoving his junk in her face. Lord he had to be 20 years older than her. The younger crowd are respectful and the facilities are great its just a shame about the old men.

Chris Harris My massage with Louise was very professional. Louise did a full assessment to confirm my mobility and problem areas. It was one of the best massages l have had. I highly recommend for sports massage. My range of motion was clearly better straight after the massage.
