Alysha Sandow The Training Depot in Richmond is an amazing training studio with top quality equipment! I have been so lucky and so happy to be training here with such a friendly bunch of people. All the trainers and the clients coming in for workouts are so lovely and positive. The space is so fresh, bright and clean with fun music. Its definitely a place I look forward to going along to as well. You won’t find a better gym to train at in such good company!

Rob The gym is super well equipped, the team environment is supportive and motivating, and coach Steve knows exactly when to push you or tell you to dial it back. Doesnt matter if youre lifting the bar or 200kg, trying weightlifting for the first time or wanting to go to national championships, this is a great place to train and Steve will help you get there. Bonus points for friendly gym dog!

Martin Della Gatta Dromana Grappling Academy is a fantastic BJJ club. I have a couple of children that train at the facility and they love it. The instructors are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. The classes not only teach kids about martial arts, but also teach them about respect, discipline and hard work. All really valuable lessons in my opinion. Id definitely recommend Dromana Grappling Academy to any other parents considering sending their kids to learn a martial art.
