The store owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. What truly stood out was the owner staying after business hours just to help me out—something you don’t see often these days. The attention to detail, care, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction was exceptional. Both my watch and bracelet now fit perfectly and look as good as new. I went in to get the batteries replaced in five watches, and despite the workload, Sam meticulously worked on each one, taking the time to ensure everything was perfect. Not only did he replace the batteries, but he also cleaned and polished the interior and back of each watch, leaving them looking brand new. The shop is conveniently located and easy to find. Highly recommend Sam for his detailed work and excellent service!
