wattaman So far so good. Settled my car loan in November 2023 and the experience has been quite pleasant. I had never heard of this company prior and the broker I used sourced the loan through MoneyMe and I was happy with the offer. First time ever I have been on a variable rate and interest rate reductions have been passed on. Only annoyance is I pay way and above the minimum amount and when they reduce the interest rate, they change my weekly amount instead of leaving it at the set amount I have requested. Not a major issue, but an annoying phone call needed every time. All customer service reps have been excellent and followed through with requests and received an email straight after confirming discussions. Mobile phone app is hardly, but I would like to be able to change payments amounts. All in all a good experience so far.

F S Kirstie and team have gone out of their way to look after my parents financial affairs. Always cogniscent of the need to communicate in an uncomplicated way (previous advisor bamboozled them with big words and not much substance), she is reassuring and knowledgeable in maximising wealth.

Ella Hyatt I cannot recommend Ally and the team highly enough. Ally went above and beyond, and the process was seamless from start to finish. She helped us out in a complex situation and navigated us through the process not just providing financial services but also advocating for us. We will absolutely be using Ally again in future.
