1 /5 Steven Quick: Very disappointing... was looking for a good long term accountant to have a good relationship with and changed accountant because of how well Terence sold himself. He provided 1 years service, 1 tax return and then when I was about to proceed with my next years lodgement he texted me saying he was too busy for me anymore and to go elsewhere. I asked if he could at least refer me to someone else and he didnt even help. I work from home and my lodgement is nothing difficult, but the way he won my business and then just blew me off was completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Beware of the value he places in you as a customer.
