1 /5 Mel Thomas: Six months ago, my husband and I entrusted Teresa with preparing our wills, a process we were assured would take no more than a week to produce a draft. Since then, we have been met with nothing but delays, unfulfilled promises, and outright neglect. Over this six-month period, I have contacted their office five times, each time reaching Mikayla, the receptionist, who repeatedly assured me that she would follow up and keep us informed.
Yet, despite these reassurances, we have received no calls back, no updates, and certainly no draft of the wills we requested.
It is not merely the inconvenience that is frustrating; it is the complete lack of professionalism and respect shown toward clients who are relying on their legal expertise for sensitive matters. This firm has displayed a blatant disregard for client trust and confidentiality. For anyone considering using this service, save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and the risk of entrusting your personal information to an organization that evidently fails to respect or value its clients. If I could give this firm zero stars, I would. This experience has been nothing short of disgraceful.
