Tal helped me work through those issues with a structured and smart approach to strength and conditioning, and since then we’ve continued to build on my overall strength, health, and fitness. As a dad of two with a demanding job, training here has been a game changer. The support, the personalised programming, and the accountability have made it easy to stay consistent, even with a busy schedule. I feel stronger, more energised, and just better overall.
