Sacred Soul Wellness Yoga - Sutherland Shire - VIC

Dave Young Lindsay teaches an incredible Yin yoga class on Thursday nights. As someone new to yoga, I’ve found Lindsay to be welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly clear in her guidance. It’s easy to see why more experienced students, who regularly return to her class, love it so much. Yin yoga has been a fantastic way for me to begin my yoga journey. The longer holds in each pose have helped me deepen my understanding of the practice, improve my focus on breathing, and truly connect with my body. Unlike faster-paced yoga styles (which I’ve also enjoyed), Yin allows me the time to find each pose and breathe properly—something I’m still working to master in other classes. For now, Lindsays Yin class at 7 PM on Thursdays is the highlight of my week, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Snap Fitness 24/7 Vermont South - VIC

Sean Nelson Ive been training at Snap Vermont South for the past year and a half and its been the best gym experience for me that Ive had. Ive tried many gyms in the past including brand and independent but Snap Vermont has clicked for me. There are a varied amount of machines and areas, and although it can be trickier during busier times due to the smaller size Ive never had to postpone an exercise from my workout. The smaller nature of the gym results in more of a community feel and you get to know those you come at the same times as you do. The staff have sold this gym to me, the manager Rhys and the PTs Thomas and Varun are always enthusiastic and encouraging to all, make you feel welcome, and truly believe in you no matter what your goals are. They have turned the gym into a positive experience that keeps me coming back.

Alison Davey Highly recommend Ash at Strathmore Physiotherapy - he has worked with me to get me back running which I had not been able to do for 2 plus years. He is knowledgeable and worked with me with a tailored plan to get me back running - long term. Highly recommend Ash and his practice.

Tarneit West Village - VIC

John Webb the place to get your groceries at coles and prescriptions filled at the chemist outlet, liquorland, and several other stores. Prices are not too bad in any of the stores. There are also some food shops in the same complex that have good cooked food. The chicken is really good here as well.
