5 /5 Harvey Cain: Dean is a great personal trainer! I had a few personal trainers during many years of training but he is by far the most professional, caring, and knowledgeable. After only 3 months of training twice a week I can feel a big improvement in my strength and flexibility , I feel more energetic and motivated. The training environment is great with the benefit of training in the outdoor alfresco area under cover with fresh air, natural light, privacy and greenery. Very clean gym and relaxing atmosphere. 100% recommend!
