1 /5 Tiff C: I was charged a membership fee without being notified that my account was reactivated. When I disputed this, my bank refunded the amount and I thought the case was closed. But No, they are now claiming that the fee I was charged was a suspension fee (even though it shows up as membership fee on the invoice). A $110 suspension fee, when NOBODY has reached out to me to let me know anything about my account, my suspension, nothing. I received no communication and have to likely take them to VCAT to dispute this. This is an absolute shame that a business will try to exploit customers like this. I received NO communication from them about my suspension and got charged out of the blue. Be careful!
Edit: Mikaela, if you are going to accuse of lying, please let me know where I have misrepresented the truth in my review. Nobody reached out to me, no notification, nothing. You say you are compassionate, but even after I sent through my medical proof of injury, you are still insisting on charging me.
