Have been training for nearly 20 years at TMA and its quite unreal to see the philosophies and techniques being rolled out in MMA years later since I was taught them as a teenager. Ahead of his time and a wealth of knowledge. Suggest for young kids and adults seeking new perspective on self defence and Martial Arts. I use techniques, excersises and principles which I learnt from Craig in 2006 everyday today.
