5 /5 Helen HEROUVIM: Approximately 4 years ago I had my first appointment with Jason and Jill from Triple J, that appointment changed our financial life. Their advice, expertise, ease with which they discussed all things financial and compassion was something that I had not experienced before. The financial plan they put into place for us meant, not only, that we could pay our mortgage and our bills, but had money left over. They organised the refinancing of our mortgage, consolidated our loans and credit cards and made our finances both easy to maintain and very accessible. Throughout Covid both Jason and Jill were available, emails were answered, if not in the hour, most certainly by end of day, nothing was too much trouble and their manner, kindness and professionalism never faltered. Four years down the track, I again sought the assistance of these wonderful people, as I was approaching retirement age and needed to make some very important financial decisions, and once again, they worked their magic; as I left their office I felt like the weight had once again been lifted from my shoulders. Sometimes words are inadequate to express ones gratitude, but this company, Jason and Jill, have not only changed our financial position for the better, but showed us that honest, good, fair, reliable and honourable people still exist.
