We eventually contacted Van through a friends recommendation and we glad that we did. Van has been very helpful throughout the whole process and patient in answering all of our basic questions. We got a great interest rate for our home loan and best of all, with the information provided by Van like estimated property values, chances of getting approval etc, we felt confident when making offers or bids in a competitive seller market and finally secured our dream home.
