Michael McGeary Was a member for a long time before I moved houses. Great small gym with great people who help you achieve your goals and watch that you do it right. No show offs no egos , and didn’t bust ass during covid either, not overly crowded. Has everything and great prices.

Tanya Tuke This is my 9th year training with Kim (I have never lasted more than 2 years with any other gym / trainer previously). Kim offers personalised training in a group environment with the support and friendships I have come to treasure over the years. I feel fit and fabulous, I highly recommend her services for anyone after more than just a gym.

k1ng Let me start by putting staff in the highest regards. They showed respect to a whole new level and was so helpful with equipment. It was remarkable with how smooth sailing there operation was flowing and the managers and team that help them gym function should be proud of there work. Can’t wait to continue my fitness journey there.

Thao Nhi Than I had my first session at this studio and was really impressed with the instructor, Susan. She was very attentive and gave helpful tips to correct my form. I felt well-guided throughout the class.
