Tyler, Tipping & Woods represented me successfully in two separate matters within eighteen months. When I say successfully I do not simply mean that they won on the day: Katherine, James and Shania kept me up-to-date on all progress, promptly answered inquiries and ensured that every time we walked into court that I was not simply a passive, uninformed observer but had all the background required to not only understand but follow all relevant proceedings.
I cannot stress enough how important that was to me as a layperson. Court is a daunting experience. Preparing for court involves a lot of fear and uncertainty. Yet even when Katherine was unavailable, I never felt pawned off or that someone who didnt care was just filling in. Every interaction with this firm was a positive one and, despite the obvious demand for their services, I always felt that I was valued as a client and my concerns taken seriously.
