5 /5 Ben Grabau: When tasked with conveyancing for our land purchase, Tyler Tipping and Woods went above and beyond our expectations. The service was very professional and yet offered a personal touch. As a first home buyer, we had a huge number of questions that our conveyancing team were more than happy to assist with on many instances.

1 /5 Melanie Teese: Mark woods was very rude and arrogant I waited 6 months for the service I was told he could provide then told its not covered by legal aid even though I called legal aid and checked and it was coverd! He really could not be bothered with it but did offer to do the job if I paid thousands of dollars!!! Id avoid this firm absolutely useless bad service all round!!!!!

1 /5 M T: Rang requesting appointment with lawyer Mark Woods for legal advice, and was told someone would get back to me, 7 weeks later I rang back and there was no record of my previous call and was told there was no way of checking who took the message and if it was passed on etc. The receptionist, Lucy Campbell was extremely rude, unprofessional, constantly interrupted me and spoke over me as I was speaking, was sarcastic and condescending, threatened to cancel my appointment and then hung up on me. I know other people who have dealt with this firm and most have complained about the service, eg work being left with lawyers and nothing done for months, being let down during court cases etc. The firm has been around for decades and it’s a shame they have a few people letting down the those that are providing a good service to people in the community. An awful experience thanks to Lucy.

5 /5 LOVE SPARKLES: Marks firm are all highly professional and resourceful,he holds very high level of standards and professionalism, all the staff are constantly updating modules for integrity and efficiency, always get fast and as predicted by Mark and his staff for accurate outcomes and honest legal advice.
