I was accidentally signed up twice, resulting in two direct debits every week. Despite multiple emails and calls, I received no response. I even visited the gym in person and spoke with Joey, who assured me the issue would be resolved and that I’d be refunded for the second membership. Unfortunately, the refund never came through, and once again, my follow-ups have been ignored.
