Primal Physiotherapy Hillside - VIC

Zoe I have recently been using primal to overcome a running related injury. My experience thus far has been extremely positive and I’ll certainly be recommending primal to my running community! Firstly, Primal is like no other. They have proper gym equipment and facilities to help people truly recover from injuries, not just the simple massages or needle therapies most alternate clinics offer. As a result I’m receiving results that are long lasting, to allow me to get back into physical activity! The physios onsite are highly qualified, supportive and committed professionals. I have been seeking help from Charbel whom I highly recommend! He listens to my concerns, he encourages you to commit to the work needed to recover, and is truly dedicated to his work. I trust his expertise and suggestions and that makes a huge difference to my recovery. An important thing for females to consider too- he is extremely respectful and communicates with me whenever he makes physical assessments. This was extremely important to me as I usually opt to go for female physios. Lastly, the customer service is fantastic. I receive confirmation via phone call for my appointments, I’m able to use Medicare billing seamlessly, and can change/amend my appointments if needed.

KX Pilates Lindfield - VIC

Zoe Love KX Linfield studio! Maddi and Justine are so nice, approachable and attentive. I had some difficulty with a specific exercise, and the instructor not only noticed but also offered personalized guidance and modifications to ensure I felt supported and could perform the movement comfortably. I had very good experience in Linfield pilates. Not only the instructors, all the members here were all very friendly. And the location is also very convenient just next to train station. Although in this studio, their pilates machines are a lot older than others. But I just got an email saying they’re ready to change to kx former next week(29,30 Jan)!

Elite Hawk Fitness - VIC

Celeste Andreazza I’ve been training at Elite Hawk Fitness for almost 3 months now and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sunny is super friendly, professional, and always willing to help with form and motivation. The gym is clean and well equipped, which makes workouts really enjoyable. Since joining, I’ve noticed a big improvement in my strength and overall fitness and I actually look forward to my sessions. The positive atmosphere keeps me consistent. I’d highly recommend Elite Hawk Fitness to anyone looking for a supportive and well-maintained place to train. Definitely plan to keep going!

DNA MMA - VIC

Tyson Truong DNA MMA is the place for you if you wanna learn self-defence and go pro in fighting. The facilities are clean, and great to train in. The people are nice and easy to make friends with, Owen is nice as great to talk to! Charli and Lebon are the best Muay Thai coaches, they focus on what you need to work on depending on your style and your weaknesses allowing you to progress quickly. Highly recommend if you want to improve your skills in fighting.
