Vermont South Library - Vermont South (VIC)

4 /5 RA: This library surprised me with its modern setup. It has updated technology and easy checkouts. I like how simple it is to renew items online. Staff is well-trained and patient with questions. There’s a good range of fiction and nonfiction. The atmosphere is quiet but welcoming. Definitely worth stopping by.

2 /5 Sajini Amarasiri: I went there to print a document with a baby i forgot my library card at home. Talked to the front lady and told her i can pay from my phone and was waiting 20 mins. Fiest she was asking me to log in to a computer saying they cannot print from their computer then later she told me she can print of the front computer. Sent her an email to library account she didnt know how to print from email had to leave after waiting 20 mins just to print 1 A4 document. So disappointing. If you dont know something you can always ask your colleague. Usually in libraries we get a good service.

5 /5 Russell Parker: Went to Vermont South Library for the first time in about 10 years to find out about e-books and was lucky enough to have Helen explain how to put them on our i-pad and walk out of there confident that we knew what we were doing. Helen and the staff and Vermont South Library were excellent. Would definitely recommend Vermont South Library.

5 /5 Lesley H: A cosy library with a lovely private outdoor area complete with undercover table and chairs. BYO laptop for outside! Staff are friendly and very helpful.
