1 /5 Eleanor Nguyen: This place is absolutely terrible. I attended a class on 5th October at 10:15 and the experience was a complete joke. The instructor couldn’t open the studio door because of key issues. After several failed attempts and phone calls to others for help, we were told to just go home and that our ClassPass credits would be refunded.
Of course, that never happened. Instead, I was charged $19 for a “missed” class, even though I was literally there waiting outside with everyone else. The level of disorganisation and lack of accountability is unbelievable. I understand that things like this happen but come on, keep your words and refund me accordingly instead of marking me as “missed class”.
If this is how they handle simple logistics and customer issues, I can only imagine what their classes are like when things “go right.” Save yourself the frustration — spend your time and money somewhere that respects its clients.
