There is a fantastic community and the trainers are all knowledgeable and super friendly. Working full time means that some days, being able to come to the gym and have the sessions programmed for you means I can get so much more out of them. Rather than wasting time staring aimlessly around the gym wondering what to do next, each session is well designed to progress your fitness. There is plenty of variety and the schedule suits ours! Beld Mannen CMAG has a great community with a very positive energy where my kids feel right at home and quickly making new friends. The unlimited classes are great, which allow you to jump in with any style you like to practise. All martial arts styles are geared toward the practical side of self defence, which makes it all very effective. And the Saturday morning family classes are the best. We also get mum to join in, even when she complains about, all of us spending a lot of time over there.

Sheryl Zorella I had a bone density scan after one full year of training with Jason. The results were very impressive. From being on the border of officially having osteoporosis, there was a significant improvement in my results, especially in my spine. There was also a notable improvement in the actual bone density. I attribute this improvement entirely to the weight and strength training with Jason over the year. I am so pleased with the results and aim to continue training with Jason for many years to come. I am now well away from the official osteoporosis score and I’m sure it will improve even more as I continue to exercise diligently and focus on weight training.
