Geoff Barnes We have used Tabatha at Go2 Finance Services multiple times over the years and would 100% recommend Go2 Finance Services. Tabatha has helped us with ALL our finance needs to date which include: the purchase of our first block of land, the build of our house, refinance options a few years later to find the best package to ensure we had the best interest rates around, car finance and most recently provided options for the purchase of a new property. Tabatha is truly talented at her job. Her customer service and industry knowledge is in a class of its own. Tabatha knows her stuff!!! I would 100% recommend Tabatha and Go2 Finance Services and will be using her in the years to come for ALL our finance needs.

Sean Kelly EPONA FINANCIAL GUIDANCE I have to be fair here and disclose that I have come out of a marriage separation and have for various reasons terminated EPONA’s services. THE OWNER IS LISA. She is a fine person. I personally felt (my subjective view) that at least on one occasion she told us ‘what we wanted to hear’ and did not give the best financial advice. Other than that, EPONA is 150% ‘Kosher’ and acts with loyalty and integrity at all times. Unfortunately, due to a serious accident falling off a horse which has given her a permanent injury, Lisa has had to sell 50% of the business her Father started to new owners; a couple, I cannot remember the man’s name but the new female partner is “Michelle’. I have never met her but spoken to her on the telephone ONCE and she was definitely AS COLD AS ICE. Nicole is the P.A. of the business and is highly competent, ALWAYS FRIENDLY, DOES NOTY MAKE MISTAKES and works very efficiently when the pressure is on. She is 100%. I was recommended EPONA by a medical professional I know but I will say that BOTH my General Practitioner and my Westpac Bank Manager thought that EPONA’s annual charges of about $4,500.00 P.A. for effectively 2 x 30” meetings, a written report and other financial planning services was pretty expensive for a domestic couple. The price is not why I discontinued business with EPONA. IF you are looking for a slightly pricy but legitimate financial planning service, I would recommend EPONA of Mitcham, Victoria. Try to get ‘Lisa’ as your advisor, the former 100% owner (now just 50% due to genuine and serious horse injury) because in my just one phone call with new owner Michelle I felt like I was speaking to an unhappy Member of the Victoria Police!!!! PROFESSIONALISM:- 90% EFFIENTCY:- 100% ADVICE:- 80% FRIENDLINESS:- Varies according to staff member. COST:- At the ‘upper end’ for domestic customers. OVERALL RATING: 7 out of 10.
