David Lawson I have been attending Sylvania Heights Physiotherapy for many years for various injuries and in recent years to have one on one Pilates sessions with Chapman Li. My wife has recently joined me for Pilates. Chapman is a well credentialed and experienced Physiotherapist who takes great care to understand his patients issues and works diligently to provide solutions. I have also worked with Jade and Bree who are also extremely competent Physiotherapists. I highly recommend the clinic to anyone in need of Physiotherapy services.

Matt Price Awesome just in manly for a week and will be back soon , but dropped in for a yoga session and had a lovely welcome by reception and introduced to Rafa who had an awesome energy and held a spot on Yin Yoga class . I’ll defently look to practice at the studio when I’m Back to Manly was a great vibe . Studio was nice with trees outside windows , bird song in the evening class and a relaxed good energy

Louise Flannery I highly recommend Align Pilates for a true 5 star pilates experience. As a beginner to reformer pilates , I have found Katie to be very welcoming, encouraging & patient. Being a small home studio, all classes are able to be specifically tailored to the needs of each individual client with expert guidance but without any judgement. I have also really enjoyed the relaxed, fun atmosphere of each session. Well done Katie on creating and providing the perfect balance of great pilates classes in a warm, inclusive, safe environment. Bec Paterson Love, love this place. Fabulous practitioners in a tranquil location. Have tried many services over the years. Reasonably priced, easy to access with high standard care. Elena is such a talented and generous practitioner. Great studio!
