1 /5 Christopher ODonnell: Ordering a simple renault part has taken weeks due to accounts taking weeks to process a bpay payment. Also takes minutes to be answered on the phones. I hope customer service is taken more serious in the future. After complaining via email, the best telephone response from the manager is just an update without apology or admittance of fault. Expecting part in 2 days now the payment has finally been recognised. Seeyas for pick up soon I guess. Lol

This has not been done & I continue to receive SPAM from this business. My only comment is NEVER give them your email address.
