Dealership knows nothing about its cars, see you in court Werribee MG ! All MG4s have a fault where the Apple CarPlay menu switches from right hand drive to left hand drive daily. This is unsafe and causes you to have to lean over to change settings on the left of the screen. MG have said this is “normal” and nothing is wrong with it. Disgusting service, this will be at court and now broadcasted across all review platforms for MG4 to be highlighted. Along with the aggressive safety issues harshly moving my car away from the lanes and also braking when nothing is in front of me. No idea how this car made it through the safety ratings. 360 camera causes apple car play to go black. Can’t control screen settings unless you reset the unit each time. Car does not support apple car play as it’s faulty, MG refusing to act and rectify and refusing anything, I was not advised of these faults prior to the sale. The car has also developed fading on all the plastics on the outside of the car in the 7y months that I have owned it. The dealership covered up and detailed the plastics to hide the damage to it. Disgusted at the dealerships actions, I’m clearly not the only Werribee MG customer that has had this done to them. The rear plastic panels also are damaged. Do not buy an MG the plastics will degrade to the point it looks like a 20 year old car within months of ownership.
