I engage with a number of lawyers throughout the working week as part of my job, so I know how hard it is to find good legal work at an affordable rate. My family engaged Westminster for family law matters, and they were brilliant. We worked directly with Michelle Petrovski, Senior Associate, and found her to be extremely considered and knowledgeable in her approach. She was always there to take that last minute phone call and her responsiveness to correspondence was remarkable. The Teams strategic approach was clear and considered, and they showed an obvious concern for our wellbeing. It was a rounded approach where we not only achieved our desired outcome, but were cared for along the way so that we felt we had personally grown from the experience, as difficult as it was at times. Westminster Lawyers pricing is very reasonable considering the work they produce, and they are very clear on what costs you may incur or have pending. Michelle jumped onto the case which was a task on its own, and provided the utmost kindest, professional and educated legal advice from every best angle. Michelle is extremely timely in her responses and has an immense passion for her clients and job. I could not be more thankful for the efforts of all the lovely staff at Westminster and Michelles amazing work ethic and immense efforts for my son and I. 2 /5 Mal Saunders: We were referred to Julian and this firm last year, but were extremely disappointed, and let down, by their poor attitude and service. Julian dislikes others suggestions or ideas and withdrew his support from the case, and both he, Michelle and their barrister were too weak and accepting, with no challenge or contest in their dna. As a result, we had a review of a decision fail, owing to circumstances not being clearly outlined at the hearing, and in a different hearing, they accepted a mother being granted access to their 5 year old daughter, only a maximum of 3 hours a week (not enough to prepare a meal). If you want empathy and acceptance of your sensitive circumstances, look elsewhere. This firm does not understand or care.
