2 /5 Mal Saunders: We were referred to Julian and this firm last year, but were extremely disappointed, and let down, by their poor attitude and service. Julian dislikes others suggestions or ideas and withdrew his support from the case, and both he, Michelle and their barrister were too weak and accepting, with no challenge or contest in their dna. As a result, we had a review of a decision fail, owing to circumstances not being clearly outlined at the hearing, and in a different hearing, they accepted a mother being granted access to their 5 year old daughter, only a maximum of 3 hours a week (not enough to prepare a meal). If you want empathy and acceptance of your sensitive circumstances, look elsewhere. This firm does not understand or care.
