2 /5 Emap E: Best service to their customers, worst manner to someone whos there to help their customer.
I was there to help my friend from overseas to open a bank account. When the lady explained how friends are not allowed to interpret for their customers, I understood and stepped off from their conversation. For some reason the lady was quite mean to me for the rest of the time, while providing the best service to my friend to open the account. I said thank you multiple times before leaving but she didnt even look at me. I have no idea what I have done so wrong, this is lingering in my head the whole day and giving me anxiety.
I have always been recommending Westpac to my friends from overseas (the reason why I came in today too), but I am unsure anymore.
