I’m currently standing in a queue of 5 people for the single atm that allows deposits at the Werribee branch. There is 7 people inside queuing for a teller and multiple staff members standing around doing nothing (like two standing at the front reception desk just watching everyone queue, doing absolutely nothing). The bank itself it’s mostly wide empty space and has ample room to put in many more atms. The design of this branch and the attitude of the employees shows complete and utter disregard for customers satisfaction and rather, a strong prioritisation on cutting costs. If I hadn’t already gone to the trouble of setting up my business account with this bank I honestly would have closed my accounts today.
