1 /5 Cindy Cai: I had very bad service with this Bank.They are not support at all.Maybe Because I dont have too much money in their bank.They always leave me sitting there when they provide service to the people who come after me.Then tell me to do what I want online.They cant help.If they dont know what their job, how can they get the job.I am surprised and regretted what I did open the business account in Westpac Bank.The staff doesnt look happy when they serve me.They really racist.I am very disappointed.just need them to support to apply bank feeds.They made me feel I was talking bird language through their face.

5 /5 Sarah: Me and my husband walked into Westpac Melton branch today and were greeted by Ronda. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with her service. She made setting up an offset account for us so easy and seamless. We just joined westpac and were so impressed with the service from Ronda.
